Large Insurance Company
DFDS
I spent 19 months in a dual role, first as the lead for their internal Integration Team and later as a Delivery Lead.
My core mission in both roles was to migrate existing ERP solutions (Soft, SAP, Aspect4, C1) to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance. This project involved complex migrations across multiple countries, including Turkey, Ukraine, Poland, Italy, and Denmark.
UNITY
I have been helping Unity maturing their Agile processes in their e-Commerce organisation with teams both in Copenhagen and San Francisco. In this task I have been taking the Scrum Master role in one of the teams running a large scale project and acted as advisor for the rest of the teams. In parallel with this I have acted as an advisor for the managers in the organisation and have layed out their strategy for the transformation.
ADAPT GROUP
Introduced company-wide Agile methods internally in the organisation including Agile and Jira training for all new employees.
NOVASOL
I have helped Novasol as an external consultant for 3 years. My focus here was Agile coaching and the execution of large-scale initiatives.

I performed an overall technical analysis of their existing architecture. My findings unlocked multiple initiatives in the organisationThese included a new ERP system, a new website and general optimisation of internal processes that helped the business to grow

FULLRATE
I worked as a Technical Project Lead on Fullrate's acquisition of their competitor M1 and was in charge of converting over their users' products to the Fullrate portfolio.
SPORTMASTER
I built scalable Agile processes with a remote engineering team in Lithuania.

I was in charge of the processes across the whole Adapt Group organisation and have had the task of turning the organisation away from waterfall approach and into a more agile mindset. Though still being able to manage clients with waterfall mindsets.
